It’s easy to apply for an Orange Cash prepaid MasterCard®. Just fill out a few details and choose how you’d like to pay. Once that’s sorted, we’ll let you know when we’ve received your application, put your brand new card in the post and you’ll be good to go.

Pay by text message
Please make a note of the following steps as you'll need them later:
- 1. Text the word “APPLY” to 82023. This text* will cost £5 which covers your card application fee.
*Your network provider may charge you for sending a premium SMS
- 2. Within a few seconds you’ll receive a text message with a unique 8-digit voucher code
- 3. Apply for your Orange Cash card online and when you reach the payment page, select the SMS voucher option, and enter the 8-digit voucher code you received by text.
We’ll then deduct the £5 fee for your card from your mobile phone account.
Pay by shop/promotion voucher code
If you’ve taken part in a promotion or already paid for your Orange Cash card in one of our shops, you’ll have received a unique 8-digit voucher code on the receipt you were given or via the promotion.
When you’re asked to pay, simply choose the promotion voucher option and enter that 8-digit voucher code. Using the code means you won’t be charged the £5 Orange Cash card fee.
Pay with a credit/debit card
If you’d like to pay by credit or debit card, make sure you’ve got it to hand. Then, when you’re asked to pay, choose the credit/debit option and enter your card details. We’ll charge the £5 fee to your credit/debit card account (additional 4% fee for credit card payments).
It’s important that the credit/debit card billing address you give us matches the address you provide in your application. So please be careful when you’re entering the details.
