If you would prefer to speak to a Customer Advisor just select the relevant option for more information. We’re open for general enquiries 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 5pm Saturday. Calls to a Customer Services advisor are charged at 50p per minute.
lost or stolen
You can report your Orange Cash prepaid MasterCard® as lost or stolen from your Orange Cash account.
Alternatively you can call a Customer Advisor on 020 8264 8311, any time, day or night. There is no charge for calling to report a card lost or stolen.
